Emil founded Rush Translations and Immigrant Services in 2018 with a simple mission: to make high-quality, dependable language services accessible to people when it matters most. Drawing on years of experience in disaster recovery, affordable housing, grant writing, and community development, he built the company to support individuals and organizations navigating complex legal and immigration processes.
He focuses on ensuring that every client receives exceptional service — clear communication, dependable turnaround times, and the confidence that their documents and appointments are handled with care and professionalism. Since its founding, Rush Translations has grown into a trusted partner for law firms, universities, and government agencies nationwide, providing both certified translations and in-person interpretation in multiple languages for thousands of clients every month.

Renata Santos
Project Coordinator
Renata is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and brings more than three years of experience in customer service and client relations. As a Project Coordinator at Rush Translations, she ensures that every client receives personalized, attentive support from the moment they reach out to the moment their project is completed.
She works closely with clients and translators to make sure every project runs smoothly, is delivered on time, and meets the highest quality standards. Renata takes pride in going the extra mile to ensure every customer feels supported and cared for throughout the entire process.

Project Coordinator
Nusrat brings more than four years of experience in data management and administrative coordination. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from East West University and has a strong foundation in operations and customer service.
She has developed expertise in vendor coordination, reporting, and client relations, which she now applies to ensure every project is managed with precision and care. As a Project Coordinator, Nusrat is committed to keeping operations organized, efficient, and focused on delivering an exceptional experience for every client.
