There is no single rate. Each quote depends on the language, the USCIS office, the interview type, the date and how long the interpreter is booked. You get a written quote before you pay anything.
Who can interpret at a USCIS interview?
The rules differ by interview type, and USCIS can refuse an interpreter who doesn't qualify. Our guide on who can interpret explains who may interpret at each kind of interview.
How fast can you book an interpreter?
Urgent requests, including next-day appointments, are accepted subject to interpreter availability. Send the request as soon as you have your interview notice.
Can I use an interpreter at my naturalization interview?
Only if you qualify for an exemption from the English requirement. Otherwise the interview is conducted in English.
How much does a certified translation cost?
$24.99 per page, with certification and digital delivery included. Urgent turnaround, notarization and mailed copies are optional extras shown when you order.
How quickly will I receive my translation?
For one to three pages, your translation is ready for review within 48 hours as standard, or within 24 hours with urgent turnaround. Larger orders take longer, and the order page shows the turnaround for your page count before you pay. For orders placed after 5 PM Eastern Time, turnaround starts at 8 AM the next day.
